MACHINE RAFTS
Pawle and Co develop and manufacture gear rafts-machine bedplates to suit most types of gear units. We build all our units to the highest standard and using the latest CAD software we can produce our lift machinery in house. All we require from you to manufacture your gear raft is a copy of your layout drawing and mechanical data.

CAR FRAMES
We have manufactured car slings at our factory for many years and have developed our own design, which can be adjusted to your own specifications.

COUNTER WEIGHT FRAMES
CWT's are manufactured to various shapes and designs to suit your requirements. The frames can be supplied painted - our standard finish is yellow, but please ask if you require a different colour.

FILLER WEIGHTS
All types are produced to fit all sizes. Specially adapted filler weights can be made for older style cwt's. Edges and top plates can be painted as required. We also supply lead weights.

BRACKETS
We design and manufacture a wide range of brackets from shins to angle sections. Contact us for more information.

GUARDING
We can supply any type of guarding that is requested - manufactured to customer measurements - along with rope hole reducer plates, with or without brushes.

For easy installation sheave guards can be manufactured in two pieces.

The only type of door release manufactured which is adaptable to fit all types of doors. These lock releases, tailored to your needs, can be supplied with various front faces to complement the finish of the door panel. Our standard lock is finished with a stainless steel face, with polished stainless steel, brass and polished brass finishes also available.
We have thousands of locks in service at present, including fittings at The Houses of Parliament (which have a special bronze face) and The London Stock Exchange. A feature of the Pawle Eurolock is that only one size is required to fit single skin doors through to standard 34mm doors. The lock is specially adaptable for use on any door thickness, and for use in fireman's switches and landing push/indicator units where security is required.

ALIGNMENT TOOLS
Pawle and Co. manufacture guide rail alignment tools, made from high grade aluminium for lightness when moving between floors. We also have top and bottom alignment blocks available.

HOARDINGS
We manufacture hoardings to your own specifications - the one displayed is our standard model. Supplied with locks and all keys alike; manufactured in either zintec (which can be painted to your colours) or galvanised, which does not require any painting. These hoardings are in flat pack form and are easily and quickly bolted together - the door can be fixed either side.

FACE PLATES
Our extensive sheet metal department gives us the capability to complete any job we are presented with, including paneling, COP's, face plates, boxes, fascias, toe guards and headers - to name but a few.
